Nice video Sojourn. I wish you had been there in April to film me getting blown right off that mesa. It would have been a hit on Youtube. I guess that is part of the reason that whole mesa will be condo's soon and the airport will be relocated.

The new airport @ St George is delayed until 2011 some time. I doubt the condos will be rushed into considering the housing market. I have heard some refer to St George like it is a flat top carrier landing and I suspect when the winds are howling 30 to 40kts it would be a great video. They didn't name the nearby town Hurricane for nothing. :lol: At least it doesn't bob up and down yet. [-o<
Making these videos can be paradoxical when you are planning them. On the one hand as a pilot you don't want any hiccups but on the other hand as a videographer 8-[ it is the hiccups that make the video more entertaining :-k :mrgreen
