Nice video Sojourn. I wish you had been there in April to film me getting blown right off that mesa. It would have been a hit on Youtube. I guess that is part of the reason that whole mesa will be condo's soon and the airport will be relocated.

The new airport @ St George is delayed until 2011 some time. I doubt the condos will be rushed into considering the housing market. I have heard some refer to St George like it is a flat top carrier landing and I suspect when the winds are howling 30 to 40kts it would be a great video. They didn't name the nearby town Hurricane for nothing. At least it doesn't bob up and down yet.
Making these videos can be paradoxical when you are planning them. On the one hand as a pilot you don't want any hiccups but on the other hand as a videographer it is the hiccups that make the video more entertaining :mrgreen
