VIP TFR shuts down Puget Sound area Sunday Sept 25th

See this TFR: http://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_1_2438.html

There is a 30 nm veil from Boeing Field.

Flying in formation with an F-16 is not necessarily a good thing.

Take a look at the TFR at San Jose, although later in the day, its a total mess. Just looking for free money.
Well, maybe a few strings attached.

The inner circle (12nm radius) is pretty much a no-fly zone. The remainder (12-30 nm radius) is flyable if you jump through some hoops: VFR or IFR flight plan, pre-assigned squawk code, 2-way coms with ATC while in the TFR. PITA but do-able if necesary.
