Washington has an ethanol bill ... sort of

Washington has an interesting ethanol bill in the legislature, HB-1903.

This is not a bill to prohibit ethanol blending in premium unleaded, but it is a bill to guarantee ethanol free gasoline for airplanes and watercraft ... sort of. It doesn't provide any method to guarantee availability of ethanol free fuel where it is needed, and it doesn't make ethanol free fuel available for the others who need it, which are usually exempted in mandatory ethanol laws.

Section 2 is a doozy! Never seen anything like that, but it appears to be an effort to protect marinas from being sued for boat damage, which is coming.
