As to it only being P Factor: Nope, sorry. Gyroscopic precession operates in the opposite direction on a CCW turning engine as well, as does the slipstream effect, since the vertical fin is moved and realigned to accomodate slipstream effect. That is why the ME's built in Spain were ugly flyers--the tail was in the wrong place for that rotation.
And, yes, torque also operates opposite, so ALL the forces work in the opposite direction, I believe, in a CCW rotating engine.
But, you're right--that wasn't Zane's point.
