Money is no object to some extent, but I hear things are changing at Skydive Dubai. The honeymoon seems to be over and the powers that be want it to actually be profitable. Weird concept :wink: At least that's what I hear through the grapevine, so could be wildly inaccurate :roll:

The temperature this time of year is really nice. Usually in the 70's during the day and down to the 50's at night. Summertime is a whole different ball game though....the highest I've flown was 122 on the ramp...

To some extent what you have heard is right. They will never be profitable in my opinion, but they have set budgets and are trying to be a little more in the direction of operating like a normal dropzone. You can't be profitable paying your employees what they pay here, buying up aircraft like they do, putting events on like they do, and building facilities like they do. Trust me, money is still not a problem for these guys.

Welp. I guess I'll be moving to Kodiak. I was offered a job with Andrew airways today. I'll be starting off in the Saratoga and eventually working towards the float side of things. I'm super excited and ready to start learning.
