It was a lot harder to find this time around... It only took me 2830nm of flying in over 40 hrs in my 1946 Piper J3C. Could be that I'm getting dumb in my old age... or the fact that I only have a 12g of usable fuel... or all the whiskey that seemed to get passed around at every stop... or all the cool people and places I met along the way... or the fact that i'm not too smart thinking it would be a good idea to fly a _real_ cub to the supercub flyin in JC... What the hell - it was a fantastic idea!

Oh yeah, thanks. There was a fire at Rogersburg and a helo operating a bucket. I don't know how a fire could get started halfway up the bank of the river though unless some pilot tossed a cig out the window as he was flying by.
