Have you looked in any of the aviation catalogs, such as Aircraft Spruce, Sporty's, Marv Golden, Chief, Pilot Mall--and there are several others, although I have no experience with others? They're generally better sources for pilot supplies than Amazon, and it's hard to beat the service--all I named are excellent, and I'm sure others do just as well.
To answer your questions, the plotter you show is more elaborate than you need. A fixed plotter is just as good and will only last forever. I also have a pocket size version--much easier to use in the cockpit, although I seldom actually use it at all. Personally, I also prefer the pocket-size aluminum E6b that I bought 39+ years ago and still occasionally use, but the larger one has easier to read numbers. Many will tell you that they never use their E6b again after getting their private ticket, but I've continued to use mine throughout the years when planning VFR flights, less so with IFR flights.
