Which One Of You Did This???

My aunt just sent this to me. I figure someone on here did this??? jg

Thought you'd be interested in a web site called: timmartinphoto.com. Click onto this site and then on PHOTOS. We just returned from Moab where Arches National Park is, and saw this photo. Immediately thought of you! There is also a video of this on the web site.

Re: Which One Of You Did This???

Definetely not me, but reminds me of a story I heard or read. I dont remember where. The story was about a pilot who picked up a prisoner to transport to another facility. Along the way , he decided to entertain the prisoner a little and while flying thru Utah somewhere, he flew through one or two of the arches there in the canyon. I guess the prisoner really liked it. Later on, he sued because the pilot put his life in danger. I think he won also.

Patrol Guy:

If you liked these pictures, you would probably enjoy the video. Link below is to a 30 or 40 minute video (mine is VHS, don't know if he has DVDs) the same guy made. It is really worth seeing, if you haven't seen it. In the video he comments that he would have never been able to do some of the stuff that he did 20 and 30 years ago because of regulations, continuing government strangulation, etc... But what he did was truly amazing. He went through most of the major arches, and many he had about 10 feet of clearance on both sides. Really incredible to watch. Also had some great footage of flying the Colorado and Green River canyons.

Enjoy!! Larry

Yes, I knew Tex.....and went to one of his annual parties at his place in Moab. One of the true alltime characters in flying (and in life in general) I've had the honor/thrill to meet. He was truely one of a kind.
