Does anyone know if Whitehorse Ranch (OR09) is pilot/airplane friendly? Anyone land there?

Looks like a short walk to the Willow Creek hot springs. Would be cool place to go if you can get permission.

I reached out and found the guy who is managing this place, he seemed ok with folks landing, also stated that the airport hadn't been inspected in years, but also that he had a person land here last year. He did not remember what type of aircraft it was.
