Looks fun as heck. But also crazy as hell!!

I'll stick with the 182.

While aviation has made the world a smaller place, if you fall, it's still hard to miss!

I wonder how they judge where they will be at any given time and how much clearance they have over out croppings. They must have decent control on where they can fly. I'm sure the camera angles make them look closer than they are to some of that stuff but that is pretty crazy!

What glide ratio do they get? About 3:1?

Wowzy!! Well, that kind of "flying" must give oneself the most birdlike feeling. (anybody remember "Rocky and Bullwinkle?")

I didn't get a real sense of how fast they were going until the guys on the road filmed them buzzing past. That is some pretty crazy stuff.

That segment is from a ski movie called "Seven Sunny Days" by Matchstick Productions. Pro skier Shane McConkey, who revolutionized ski BASE jumping somehow found these guys doing wingsuit flying.

This year's MSP movie has ski flyers, who use tiny paragliders to do a combination of flying-enabled skiing down crazy terrain.

Oh btw, Oregon180 beat you to the post by a few hours. :)
