Hoping maybe someone has some leftover closed cell foam insulation laying around after doing the whole utility thing to their airplane. Looking for about 4ft x 4ft of 0.25" thickness with adhesive but can be flexible. Everywhere I can find is backordered until January.

Try Seattle Sports or another whitewater supply house. I know they sell it in smaller sheets and the last I knew they had it in stock. Maybe they have bigger pieces available or would hook you up with their supplier. Or you could just piece together a nice mosaic…
