I want to move up tire size, 26" Goodyears sounds like a good step.

I see so many people who bought 26" GYs, and then moved up to a larger size. Does anyone have any used tires for sale??

I want some too!, if you find 4 then save 2 for me!

Would anybody care to state the going price range for 26" Goodyears and tubes, in good condition?

Don't know the going price, but I purchased a used pair two years ago for $600 and that included tubes. Rubber was at about 80% and there were a number of shallow, small cuts in the tread from landings on river gravel bars. I haven't put these tires on yet, as I'm still trying to wear out my original set - which when new in '06, cost $410 each without tubes.

I have a set of 26" tires that I could be convinced to part with. Looking for an excuse to upgrade to 31s. Some sidewall checking, I would guess better than 90% tread remaining.

I also have a good set with good tubes for sale.
