Your coolest/favorite Aviation/Flying Pic

Was going through a crap load of old pictures recently, and realized I had some really cool ones I had forgotten about.

Particularly some I got from my brother (he was a Harrier guy, VMA-214 Blacksheep, Yuma) and scanned.

Tanking against an overcast sky is probably my favorite

I do but most of them I'd need to take the time to scan in, and then upload so I could link them in here!

Too many different types of photos to pick one favorite, but since the theme seems to be airshow stuff...

Re: Your coolest/favorite Aviation/Flying Pic

Here are a couple of my favorites...I have tons more, but these are the most recent.

Image

This is my first T-6 solo so it is one of my favorites.

Image

This shot was taken on the same flight...my buddy owns both the T-6 and Corsair so he decided to join off my wing and do some formation...the thrill of a lifetime...flying formation with a Corsair!!!

This was taken after my son's first Stearman flight...good times.

Photo shoot formation with the Myers OTW

Image

Same flight; different angle...I got a little sucked on this turn as the photo ship turned tight and did not leave me enough throttle. [-X

Some amazing pics. Video is great, but there is just something about a pic that leaves more to the imagination.

Few more I snapped at Reno

It was parked in the hangar next to us for years and we only flew this one formation flight together before it went to a new location. That was a bummer, but there is another one in the local area so we may do some more formation with it in the future.

I have a couple more photos of the flight around here somewhere...
