"nobody knows the ways of the wind or the caribou".

RESCHEDULED FOR MARCH 9 due to weather forecast for the 2nd

AS A STRONGER SHORTWAVE MOVES IN ON SUNDAY...FORCING WILL INCREASE
AND MOISTURE WILL BECOME DEEPER ALL WHILE THE COLUMN COOLS.
PRECIPITATION TYPE WILL BE A CHALLENGE ON SUNDAY. WE EXPECT A MIX
OF FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE AND SNOW OVER OUR WESTERN
ZONES...AND FREEZING RAIN OR JUST RAIN OVER OUR SOUTHEAST. THE
AIRMASS COOLS THROUGH THE DAY...AND SOUNDINGS SHOW MAINLY SNOW BY
AFTERNOON OVER MUCH OF THE NORTHLAND. PRECIP AMOUNTS AT THIS TIME
LOOK TO BE LIGHT...BUT ONLY A LITTLE FREEZING RAIN/DRIZZLE CAN
CAUSE PROBLEMS. DETAILS REGARDING PRECIP TYPE AND AMOUNTS FOR SUNDAYS
SYSTEM WILL BE REFINED TOMORROW.
