172A Brake pucks

I have a 1960 172A with the original wheels/brakes...yes, the Goodyear puck type.

Would anyone happen to have the measurements for how thick the little kidney bean shaped brake pucks when new? My brakes seem to make noise and I'm wondering if the pucks are thin. Removing the wheels to pack the bearing tomorrow so would like to know the measurement of them before I reassemble them. I want to check them and see if I need to order replacements before I end up with the plane sitting for weeks waiting on parts. Plane is due annual next month and I like to do a lot of the owner maintaince items that I can.

There are two different puck part numbers and one appears to be roughly 1/2" thick, but hard to tell on the other one.

Thanks!!
