Anyone have any info on this ranch other than i being private and recently sold?

Lake – The lake is roughly 1 acre in size and is about 8’ deep with an island and has four sleeping tent cabins and a composting toilet. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, channel catfish and bluegill.

I've seen it from air -strip is kinda rough ---supercub with big tires type. Only seen one airplane there several years back believe was either cub or husky .In my eyeball measurement think useable portion of strip is less than half there stating.
