2012 Johnson Creek BCP Raffle

Alright, time to get the raffle machine started up again for the 2012 BCP fly-in. I would like to thank all our sponsors from last year found HERE. It would be amazing to see that type of support again. The backcountry pilot community never ceases to amazing me.

A few changes this year to the raffle.
1) No online tickets will be sold. I apologize in advance if this offends anyone.
2) You will need cash at the fly-in to purchase tickets. I cannot take credit cards via PayPal at this time.

Other than that, the raffle will be held on Saturday night of the fly-in after the pot-luck (June 23rd). The cost per tickets will remain at $10.00, and all proceeds will go once again to the Recreational Aviation Foundation and Idaho Aviation Foundation. The raffle format will remain the same as last year, and we will be selling tickets each day.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. And if anyone would like to donate some of their time and energy toward the raffle, please send me a PM. :)

Henry Repeating Arms is donating a US Survival AR-7 takedown .22 for the second year in a row. Great guys back there in New Jersey. Remember that they supported BCP and our advocacy groups next time you're shopping for rifles.

Edit: Henry will also be donating one of their Survival Kits. Cool stuff!

WOW. The kind folks from MyPOV360 hooked us up with a LOT of extra swag this year. Not only did they donate the Drift HD, but a LOT of stickers, cups, mugs, etc. It's starting to feel like Christmas around here. Don't forget that promo code if you're in the market for a camera.

Great job on the AR-7 Zane!

Re: 2012 Johnson Creek BCP Raffle

Hey all...

Dad and I have discused it and decided to donate one of our fuel gascolator's for the BCP raffle.
Going to do it via a gift certificate format so that we can get the right model of gascolator to the lucky winner.

Unfortunatly... Neither of us can be at the fly in this year so we hope you all have an enjoyable and safe time at Johnson Creek.

Re: 2012 Johnson Creek BCP Raffle

I was at a local event in Troutdale Oregon called 1st Friday. Local artisans sell their wares. Lots of wine tasting Gump. Anyway there was this fellow selling hand forged works of art. I had him make a hand forged camp fire cook stick for the raffle. Has a double dog holder, decorative twist and a loop handle. Pretty trick and will last 100 years.
