2013 Yukon & Alaska Air Tour

Good day! COPA is very excited to introduce the 2013 Yukon & Alaska Air Tour =D> This will be an amazing event for those wanted to travel through British Columbia, Yukon and Alaska...wether you join the tour for its entirity or part of it. It is organized by long time bush pilot Bram Tilroe with the assistance of numerous COPA and AOPA chapters.

COPA Yukon Flight 106 will not be hosting a 4 day Atlin Flyin' and Campin' this year but the Air Tour will stop by in Atlin for a night of Great Times \:D/ We will host a guided Air tour through the Juneau Icefield, Llewellyin Glacier and the Taku River.

Of course the tour will come thru Whitehorse and very "special" treatment is reserved for BCP members...Just sayin

You can get all the information here; http://www.copanational.org/2013%20Alas ... r_FAQs.cfm Online registration will open in February.

Hope to see you in CYSQ & CYXY this summer,

Cheers, BCT

Following that rascal Bram is risky business I've heard! Sounds like a great trip!

Thanks J-M you have just given me something to work for. I did not see a cut off day for registering or a limit on the number of aircraft they will take. I have never been on an air tour so am wondering how the tour accommodates aircraft of different speeds if some are LSA. Got to get my bird in shape looks like.

Lynn Sanderson (Dirtstrip) passed away from natural causes in May 2013. He was a great contributor and will be missed dearly.

Once registration opens, they take the first 50. Doesnt matter what you fly, they provide an itinerary and you get there when you get there, very simple and efficient and a lot of fun!
