2016 First Annual Hyde Park Fly-In, London

Was a great success!! A small, but determined group (OK, pair) of BCP pilots showed up to the first annual BCP Hyde Park Fly-In, hosted by the Kings Arms Pub in Mayfair near Hyde Park in London, England.

While the aircraft involved weren't actually visible from the pub, reliable witnesses state that a Delta B767-300ER and a Virgin Atlantic A330-300 were used to deposit the hardy attendees at the event. The Delte route is below:

Views were impressive on the way into the fly-in...

The participants met at the Kings Arms in Mayfair:

And consumed a number of pints of the local brews before heading to dinner:

Internationally-known backcountry pilot apparel makers were well represented...

We hope to see more pilots in attendance at future events! Back to your regularly-scheduled programming...

Captain Mike, when you're all coming back to the Ala Wai? Nice trip report!

You guys look to young to be flying those big jet airplanes?
