Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?

2017.03.04 FSDO (Northwest Mnt. Region) IA Refresher

Anybody attending the Hillsboro FSDO IA refresher, March 4th @ Portland Community College?

My IA yearly requirements are already completed... However, I will attend just to get in the mix with local mechanics and try to learn something new.

I can share a ride (driving truck) from the Oregon Central Coast/Valley to PDX CC.

Same date (2017 March 04), IA Renewal Seminar at KSFF, Spokane, WA.

The lineup of speakers looks pretty good. No charge (aka "free"). This IA seminar is an annual event at this time of year.

I completed the IA refresher in Honolulu with the FSDO (16-JAN) and breakfast/lunch were free too. Nice to make friends with local FSDO!!

At the IA refresher seminar in Honolulu, a Rolls Royce (Turbine Division) factory rep held a session on ADs, service letter, etc. Afterwards talking with him I found out he saw my Scout in Torrance when I was parked at Robinson. He is/was invoked with the R66 project. Got to stay connected in this business!
