24 vs X-Plane

Any 24 fans out there? Anyone watch the first half of the 4-hour season premiere on sunday night?

In addition to the standard inane TV "ATC" dialog, all the external airliner scenes were screen captures from X-Plane (2nd most popular consumer flight sim.)

I laughed. Some things just can't be shot in real action. X-Plane looks good though.

Yeah, I noticed it looked a little computer pixilated, but did a good job. atleast they kept it realistic, even in thier communication.

I am a HUGE fan of 24, probably the highlight of my winter. Man, I was on edge. I am not a big TV person, but this show leaves me wanting more. Wish I could fast forward to next Monday!

Chloe is back, along with Bill from CTU. I cant wait to learn more about the extent of the conspiracy and how far it goes up the chain.
