Many of us here in the NE got rocked yesterday by severe weather; tornado activity in this part of the country is basically non existant. However, yesterday everything went to hell. Here is what is left of 3B0; a great little airport that I used to frequent.

I am sure that the tie down chain and the tie down loop from the plane are still at their asigned parking spot.

That's ugly. It looks like the chute on the cirrus wasn't able to save it.

Aside from losing a fellow pilot this has to be the saddest kind of airport carnage there is.

Ouch, I hope any of the new England members in that area fared well.
