My Savannah is based at Bankstown, so not much short field fun to be had, unless the tower guys give me runway centre, and i can get it stopped before the first taxiway exit.
There are a few firefighting strips around the mountains to the west, but sadly, our nany state of a country wont let anyone use them... unless its Yerranderri. which is a good fun place to fly into. plenty more right out west in the outback though, but its a 7 hour trip just to get there at 85 kts! but i am preparing the Savvy for some outback fun! nice big 8.5 inch slick tundra tyres ready to go...

Well rob im tim, based at tyagrah, byron bay, but have a frw bush strips in the drake/tabulam area near the clarence if you ever want to come north and do some flying/fishing.
