Does anyone have an idea of the value of a used OEM fiberglass aft battery box in excellent condition?
I went the firewall route and a fellow on my home field wants to buy it.
Thx,
Dave

Tell him I’ll sell him mine for $50 less than you want for yours! I’ve seen them as high as about $700 on eBay.

Guess it was a good thing to not toss mine when I put my firewall battery box in!

Mine went to the landfill on Monday...... My "Healing Shelf" is getting full. Didn't see an aft batt box ever getting installed again.

I almost never throw any airplane stuff away-- everything has value to someone.
Sometimes even broken stuff can be scavenged for usable components.

Cessna Skywagon -- accept no substitute!
It's worth what ever someone is willing to pay. The ebay prices are a joke. Over pricing will kill the GA. I give stuff away if I have it to keep the fleet flying. Greed and lack of communication & trust ends a deal and more.. also. Be fair and be Happy.
