6/12/2009 - Missouri Breaks Flyin - Winifred, MT (9S7)

The Missouri Breaks Flyin will be held the 12-14th of June again this year. We will be headquarting out of Winifred (9S7); a tentative schedule below:

Friday (12th) Evening - Flyout - campout at Cow Creek. Beef and Beans provided....everything else BYO. We would appreciate some heads' up on this one so that we'll know what size of critter to kill and cook.

Saturday (13th) Morning - Fly to LWT for antique aircraft visits, pancakes, and local flyin.

Saturday Mid-day. - Flyouts to Missouri Breaks strips and surrounds

Saturday night - Hangar hamburgers at (9S7)

Sunday (14th) Morning - Departure (there may be other options available here....stay tuned).

Thanks Ralph,

My son and I met you when we were weathered in last June. You loaned us your pickup and found a room for us.

I am going to try to make your fly-in this year. Will stay in contact,

Thank you,

bob

Centmont, I can not believe you would actually go and kill a steer when you could save an animal and shop at safeway. Enjoy your fly-in and good beef.

Ralph's hospitality is superb, and it's really neat country if you've never been there. Heck, I've been there many times, and it's still neat country.

This is a really fun, small fly in, though a lot of folks showed up last year.

I'll plan on making it again.

Wintering okay, Ralph?

Thanks Ralph,
I plan on leaving New Hampshire in time to make your place on the way to JC. Fedex Lou and Steve Lewis are planning a gaggle of ugly cublings for your place. Hoping the weather holds and I am looking forward to my western trip.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive in a pretty well preserved body..but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up and worn out body proclaiming

There are lots of folks committed....if you are headed this way, we will be between Cow Creek (In the Breaks) and Winifred most of Friday... long-range WX looks good for the weekend. The place is really green and beautiful. Ralph
