Regrets

Bub:

I had planned to fly over to this event but this has been the coolest and rainiest late spring I can remember. Several record low temps and rainfall records set the last few weeks. Regretfully the wx is simply too bad to risk it.

The truth will set you on the path to being free

Results!

Well served about 230 to 250 for breakfast! I most likely will not eat bacon, sausage or ham for a few weeks. Came home after and couldn't get the dog away. I cooked solid on the grill from 8 am till 10:15 am.

Coolist plane to come in was Beech Stagerwing from Prineville, Oregon, There was a 180 and a few others in too. I was to busy cooking to get a good look at them all.

About 25 motorcycles, and a couple of nice cars. 55 Chevy 2dht, and a late 60s Nova. Winning hand for the poker run was a full house. Tough to beat that one. There was one Harley with a 92 inch Eldelbrock motor, yeah baby, that thing cooked

Weather wasn't to bad. Partly cloudy, a little breezy. I hear ya about this spring. Cripes... We had 27 this am, frost in the yard. I'm sick and tired of the wind, day in day out. Well summer will get here and I bit*# about it being to hot.

Oh yea, The old time fiddlers did a great job with the music. Playing some good old time music, tried to get the "Foggy moutain breakdown" but they stayed with the slower music.

Bub, sounds like a good time. Did any of the BCP.org boys show?

Call me when you come to Portland and we'll get together. I'm buying!

Take care my friend. Rob

Rob,

Didn't see any BCP'ers.

Looks as if I'll be making trips to Portland every 3 months. We'll get together for sure.
