2009 NWAAC Fly-in

8/14 thru 8/16/2009, at Pearson this year in Vancouver, WA.

I'm just as much an antique/classic aircraft buff as I am a backcountry flying one.

I'm going to try to make it on sunday, as I'll be fishing in central Oregon friday and saturday. Anybody else going?

Attitude is the difference between an ordeal or an adventure.

I used to go to the antique fly-in at Evergreen every year, but haven't gone to it since the 2nd year at MMV (2004?). Just not as much fun: too hot, too dusty, yadda yadda yadda (waah!). But I am planning on going this year when it moves up to Pearson: maybe for the day (saturday), maybe to camp, depending on how it feels when I get there. I hope it brings back the ambiance (or whatever) of the good old Evergreen days.
