I've never jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, but if a parachute harness is anything like my tower climbing harness, then whoever fitted the harness for her needs to be crucified. If my climbing harness is on correctly I can ,and have, hung in some really bizzare positions including completely up-side-down without falling out.
