A few pictures from my annual (well, about 2000 pictures)

Just something fun to do while working on my Stinson 108-2.

I like it. You didn't take the wife to watch you put on the bush wheels?

Matt I liked that. Didn't see you on the phone ordering or opening boxes of parts either, which is always good.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, I didn't think my wife would enjoy hearing "hey can you hand me a 7/16", or "hold this while I get a rag to wipe up all this oil". And no unexpected large boxes were ordered, only a few small parts. Yippie!

I've had some requests for the first landing and takeoff, but it was just to hectic to get that shot. So, here's the second landing and takeoff. 8)

Takeoff is decreased slightly and landing is dramatically decreased with the bushwheels and double puck brakes. Time to start scouting out some new places to land. :D

Sweet dude. Amazing how bushwheels just make any plane perform - and look - better. You are going to be constantly looking at places and sayin "I could land there...or there...or...."

Be safe!

MtMatt...Great looking plane, very tuff looking, especially with those big Alaska Bushwheels, and both take-off and landing performance is enhanced. Very nice!

Very nice Matt! I'm happy for you. It does look bad ass!

Your camera mount is rock solid. Would you mind posting a few pictures of the camera mount set up you have?

Thanks. Can't wait to see your ride at Caveman!

Looks like you're a natural, Matt. When I first got my 31s I couldn't land worth a damn... bounced a bunch. The ground just kept arriving too soon until I got used to them. It took me 20 landings to look like you did on your second!
