A story in pictures
A general forum for anything related to flying the backcountry. Please check first if your new topic fits better into a more specific forum before posting.
I am not certain how to copy and past this lengthy story in photos so I just posted it on my blog as I thought it was very worthy! I know you will as well. Its worth your 5 minutes of time trust me. I generally do not post these sort of things but just could not resist the feeling of wanting to share it. Maybe this is not the correct place for it but again, I know you will find it emotionally touching.
Its here on the first page of my blog. Check it out. Here is to our military men and women!

If it looks smooth, it might be. If it looks rough, it is...www.bigtirepilot.com ...www.alaskaheliski.com
Today is the day I think I will stop complaining about some of the problems and challenges in my life.
Thanks for sharing

This is a very noble cause I GUESS??
I have nothing but good things to say about our fighting men and women. In my mind there is a very big difference between the guys getting the shit blown out of them and the climbers who will say and do anything to make general.
But why are these young men and women even put in these situations? The effing rag heads could give a crap about our solders.
I used to want to spread the American way around the world. As I have gotten older I don't think it is worth our kids arms and legs and lives.
G'Day

There is a part of me that is growing, and I agree in many aspects, why do we always have to be the world's policeman, oh yea, no one else will be.
Time to make others stand up and be counted.
