I wonder who gets the fine and who's license is pulled. A friend is a Baltimore City Police officer and pilot who was in a Baltimore City Helicopter as PIC. He picked the aircraft up off a roof top and inadvertently squawked 1200 on the transponder. He got nailed by the Feds. Now Baltimore city had to have their attorneys fight the Fed attorneys to keep this guy flying.

Nothing like paying 2 federal agencies to go at each other. Just pray you guys out west don't get stuck with this bull crap.

1- You and I and all the other taxpayers will cough up the fine.

2- No one will get their license clipped.

3- the main street media will NOT even cover it.

4- same ol/ same ol.
