Aeronca Champ lands on I-17 near Phoenix

Kind of a funny story...and a happy ending. I mainly posted this because there's a video on the news page with footage of him taking off on the freeway.

Not bad for 64 years of flying. I wonder if he had some sort of fuel obstruction.
