Battery box

I have a 1957 Cessna 180 with the battery box relocated to the firewall. The box itself is made by Tommods. There is no information in the logbooks and i can't find any information online.
Has anyone ever heard of this battery box or where i can find information about it?

The only two approved firewall boxes (I believe) are F Atlee and Burls.
