From our advertising partner Airframes Alaska:
Airframes Alaska wrote:From Alaska to you, for free: As of January 1, 2018, Airframes Alaska is proud to offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $500. That means Alaskan Bushwheels, heavy duty landing gear, tailwheels, and even lifetime sealed struts get from us to you at no cost. We'll ship free within Alaska, to the contiguous United States, and Hawaii. Shipping method is up to us (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority), but when applicable the majority of orders ship quick via 2nd Day Air.
Ready for Bushwheels? They ship free, saving you $300 on a set of 31s. Upgrading to heavy duty landing gear set with custom step options? That ships free, saving you $250. Time to replace your worn out Scott tailwheel? A new ABI 3200 ships free, saving you $45. We could go on, but you get the idea.
A customer recently noted that it’s not difficult to spend more than $500 at Airframes Alaska. You’re already willing to pay a premium for the best designed and manufactured backcountry aircraft parts. Free shipping out of Alaska for qualifying orders is the least we can do.
For full details, including exclusions and the usual fine print, check out

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”

Now for free shipping to Canada... I always find it funny that they offer free shipping to the lower 48, but not to the country that it has to go over or through to get to the lower 48...
