Airglas responsiveness - is this normal?

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

Airglas responsiveness - is this normal?

Hello
I paid $4.5K three weeks ago for a fork and 40-76A wheel and the dealer can't get any response from Airglas as to when my fork will ship.
I've phoned them, the phone transfers to another number and doesn't pick up.
I've emailed them, and no reply.
Is this normal with Airglas?
It seems there are more than a few suppliers of very expensive STOL STCs with poor to non-existent customer service processes.
Any ideas?

Can't comment on Airglas specifically, but I definitely agree, that customer support in the aviation world is shockingly bad, especially considering how expensive everything is.
