Anyone going to the Albany Art & Air Festival this weekend? I'll be there Saturday morning doing some Young Eagles flights. If any BCP members are around and wanna hang out and shoot the breeze, lets make it happen!

I would definitely go. But, out of the picture now.

We ate at the Cascade Grill, which is East of the approach RWY 16 on Aviation Way a time ago. Pretty good service and food.

after all the balloons T/O i'll be at the airport looking at planes.
when will you be there before the flight's start?

Really good mac and cheese!! You can even taxi down the little road and park right by the gate.

I parked airplane at the gate and it was open too! Cool little gig.

choss when did you get there, i left the airport at 9:30 didn't see you or you're plane?

cuz I got there at 9:40

I did give eight kids a ride, so that was pretty cool. Was fun to hand the controls over to an eight year old who's never been in an airplane before. Hopefully I converted one or two into a future backcountry pilot!

My wallet fell out of the plane while I was taxing around with the doors open before my girlfriend and I flew back to Corvallis. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until we got back, luckily it was still laying there smack dab in the middle of the taxiway 40 minutes later.
