Alvord Desert

Does anybody have any idea when Alvord will be land able. Shooting for end of June

I landed there a few weeks ago and it seemed good to me in many places, I am on 35" ABW.

It's landable all year long , you just have to watch out for when it rains and give it a couple of days to dry out otherwise it's REALLY slippery
