I am getting sick of always fiddling with my current cheap 4-place portable intercom. It's better than nothing, but there is always a lot of background noise when we are talking. From what I have read when the squelch is broken is opens up all mics... which brings me to contemplating the Aerocom III. Does the "intellivox" really work well? Never flown with a PSE intercom or one without a squelch, so if anyone is using one of these, how is it working for you?
