Anyone familiar with this plane?

Hi guys, I'm considering purchasing this plane. I'm well aware of the controversies surrounding a 175 taildragger with an 0-470 on the front, so am not looking to hear comments on that, just interested in knowing if anyone here has specific knowledge on the history of this particular bird? Thanks!
