anyone have a recent approval for 175 wings on a 170

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

anyone have a recent approval for 175 wings on a 170

Seeing if anyone had a recent 337 for 175 wings on a 170, wondering how its worded. I have the wings, and a digital fuel gauge to install, latest 337 I found was from 2014 on the 170 forum. Was wondering if there was anything newer I could let my IA reference.

Would be interested to add this to the knowledge base here too, if a stamped 337 exists.

I may know where to get one. Give me a few days to check.

Just scanned this one... There is a lot more to it but that paperwork is with the owner... Will have to scan that and add at a later date.

Nicely written 337.
Of course, a previously approved 337 is no guarantee that another, new one will also be approved,
but it's a good way to start the process.
So much depends on working with the right FAA inspector,
some are just not at all field approval friendly.

Awesome thanks, I had a mishap and found it was a wash in cost between fixing my wings and purchasing another set, so I bought a pair of 175 wings. Didn't want to mix wings from different planes.

This was the most recent copy of the wing compatibility document I could find, I found a 337 that just states the wings are identical except for fuel tanks, but was too big to upload.
