Deburr! Yeah, I tried not to show all the details or the video would be an hour long. You sort of build it with small holes and clecos, take it all apart, deburr and then make it permanent. The attach points have a few more steps. It's pretty neat when it comes together. Nerve wracking too for a dude like me.

Yeah Ems, i really put windows in the boot cowl. Not sure how awesome it will be though. If it sucks, I'll put fabric over it at the one year annual. That thin lexan is light. Not carbon light, but almost. The cargo door might need stiffeners in it.

I never realized Ohioans take their winter vacation in Wyoming.

Uh huh. I have a bunch of strange later-life ties to WY. My buddy and I decided to start a company there because his dad seemed good for opening our mail-- we were out of the country. The wifey likes to visit her cousin in the off-produce season in Cody (cold). And the great aeronautical genius Joel Milloway used to live in Douglas when TCOW was making stuff. Vedauwoo's granite cracks are great for blooding your knuckles...other than that it's pretty much the shortest, yet bumpiest route to Idaho.
