Aussies read here!

just putting a call out there to any other Australians on this site! im sure theirs got to be more of you out there! and if so, lets all get to know each other. I got a few good little bush strips up ad going now in the clarence valley, and im wanting to hold a fly in for bcp members, and to encourage new BCP members!

thing i love about BCP is where just all mates here, there isnt the bitching and carrying on like there is on other sites and flying communities, particularly sites like recreational flying here in Australia. BCP is all about helping each other and simply enjoying our true love....flying! I have gotten to know many people through this site who are the sort of people I like in the aviation world, but i never get to fly wing to wing with any of them, time to change that!

so Im looking for expressions of interest for the first "clarence valley fly in". I got plenty of strips we can choose from all within a stones throw of aboriginal communities I work in and the mighty clarence river! So the fly in will include camping, fishing, bush tucker, flying games, stol comps whatever you want to throw in! trap shooting range down the road, kayaking on the river, hundreds of k's of motor bike tracks on the property there on, just come out and play!

so who wants to join me!?

Would if I could Mate! I am a wannabe Aussie. Nice to be in place where they still require English! Enjoy it!

Drifter,

Huge thread drift here, but my Dad got to spend a year in Canberra for work and we've always had transplanted Aussie friends back here in the states. Anyways, where I'm going with this is that I just realized I read all your posts with an accent in my head!

Hope we get to meet one day, mate!
