Backcountry Flying Safely Seminar

The Wallowa Co. Pilots Asscoc. here in NE Oregon will be hosting an evening Backcountry Flying Seminar here in Enterprise (8S4) on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 7 PM.

Lori MacNichol will be putting on the presentation. Many of you know or have heard of Lori from McCall, ID. She is the founder and owner of McCall Mountain/Canyon Flying Seminars. Lori will share valuable information learned from flying in the Idaho backcountry since 1982.

The presentation will take place at the Enterprise High School Multi-Purpose Room located 1/4 mile from 8S4 and 6-miles from Joseph (4S3). Rides will be available from each of the two airports by calling the listed number below ahead of time.

Just wanted to put the word out ahead of time as I know how calenders get filled up. Registering at this can go for Wings credit. This will a good way to get ready for a Spring/Summer of backcountry flying here in the NW. Adults are $10 with spouses 1/2 price and folks under 21 are free.

If you have any questions give me or Wup a PM or phone call. My phone # is 541-263-1327...Wup can be reached at Alaskan Bushwheel...
