Honda still making awesome tiny quiet gensets but the battery power stations from the likes of Goal Zero and Anker and pretty awesome and pound for pound over the same power at the same weight. You just need to charge them vs add gas.
Anyone using one in the field yet? Bought my 170 last spring and camped a few times this summer, more next year. cheers
I use a Bluetti EB55 portable power station, it can power my refrigerator and any charging needs I have, when camping in the Jeep or plane. It weighs about 15 pounds and is pretty compact for what it can do. It can be charged with solar panels, AC input, or 12/24 volt DC input. I carry the refrigerator and the Bluetti in the Jeep for work, it charges during the day and runs the refrigerator day and night, charges drone batteries and GoPro batteries. It makes things easy!
