On the other hand... any pre-flight inspection that doesn't result in a snakebite is a good one ?

If that's a Cub or Cub-family airplane, I'm remembering that the entry/exit door is on the same side of the fuselage as that big fella is on !

I don't know man, if I saw that guy on preflight I might be tempted to leave him alone so I wouldn't get bit in the middle of nowhere. And just avoid overflight of populated areas until the jumper is away.

I'm not a fan of snakes.
