Bad suction pump (dry air pump)

I think my first part has failed. Is it a certainty that if my suction gauge reads nothing and the artifical horizon and directional gyro are both not working, then my dry air pump (suction pump) is finally done for.
I have 450 on the hobbs and 390 on the tack from a 2004 m7235c.
a local a&p said is surely is the problem and they usually only last about 500 hours??? Thanks Petar

I would echo his statement, but they usually last 500 hours if flown regularly, less if not. Buy a new one, don't try overhauling the one you have. Almost certainely it has worn through the teflon coating.
On edit, look at the new Aeon pump, Spruce carries it. It may be better, I have no experience with it.

Stick on a wet pump, especially if you're going to fly any IFR, and it'll last the life of your engine. And, it may save your life by keeping you from having to fly partial panel for real.

Dry pumps will last a whole lot longer if you make sure your buddy never turns the prop backwards.

You know those little bump it out of the way tugs so I can get a beer out of the cooler moments
