Re: Biannual Flight Review

To follow-up on my initial post I did end up doing my flight review up in bishop. Was able to do more mountain flying, turns in a canyon, reading the wind and terrain, flying up next to the granite, and landing at high elevation airports (mainly mammoth lakes). It was a great way to do a flight review!

I posted pictures and a video on my blog @ http://flyingcalifornia.wordpress.com/

Both times with Geoff Pope - Black Mountain Air Services. Nothing but good things to say about him.

So do you guys do flight reviews twice a year? That is what Biannual means. It used to be a Biennial flight review but was changed to just flight review. :o

Geoff's an old friend and about as straight-up as they come. Glad to hear you had a good FR with him. A couple years ago he was posting on here. May still be around?
