Bifold hangar door seal?

I'd like to replace the seals at the top and bottom of my hangar door before it gets cold. I spoke to several hangar door manufacturers and they sell it for $3-6/ft.

Any suggestions of a cheaper source, or better yet, a better seal that will stand up to weather better?

Have no idea if it will work but what about 'belting' material. It is used for farm impliments and I have seen it in different widths. Something like this: www.agrisupply.com/belt-for-long-harvesters/p/29482/
Looks pretty much like what is on my hangar door.

Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.

Check this place out. http://www.repurposedmaterialsinc.com/rubber/

Or go find a gravel pit, potato farm, etc and they will most likely give it you.
