When I had 4 206's set up that way, I ended up putting hubcaps on one and it ended the bounce, cheap fix, might work on yours? It was the only one that bounced in cruise.
Never looked at it with the engineer and theoretical causes, Kurt just told me to put on Hubcaps!!
