BLM Conservation - Comments Due July 5

I stumbled on a mountain biking article that made light of a proposed BLM land rule that prioritizes conservation:

"At a basic level, the BLM says the proposed Public Lands Rule “would put conservation – both protection and restoration – on an equal footing with other uses,” which include recreation and development."

Ref: https://www.singletracks.com/mtb-trails ... tb-trails/

Obviously this type of rule could limit access to federal lands and getting that access back can be an uphill battle. The proposed rule link is pasted below. I'm not an expert on putting together a comments but I would assume expressing concern over access would be prudent. If anyone else has better input about the types of comments that should be submitted in relation to aviation please me know!

Shy of it being the habitat of some super easy to die highly endangered critter, what’s the point in having public lands if the public can’t enjoy them?
